It's been a while since my last post and Im dying to share the previous baking events lately. I've been baking some good stuff and I am having trouble with my time because I find it hard to read books and bake at the same time. And also I miss doing some make up. So i sid prep up my face a bit. And also I am currently home schooling my kids.
Any way, i want to share my first ever mug cake with you guys. And also, I will be posting some recipes now if I have time. So.. Yeah..
Without further ado...
Mug Cake
Ingrediens:
4 Tbs cake flour
4 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs cocoa
1 egg
3 Tbs milk (i used fresh milk)
3 Tbs oil
A dash of vanilla extract
1 big microwaveable mug
Procedure:
Mix flour, sugar and cocoa
Add in egg beat slightly before pouring in
Add the remaining wet ingredients (milk and oil)
Put in microwave for 2minutes ( if you inserted a cake tester and comes out clean its done, but if not you can heat again for 10-30 secs)
Wait for the cake to coll down and enjoy!!!
